Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated transcripts, summaries, action items, and insights are produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for business, legal, financial, educational, or personal decisions.

We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

Recording Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding audio recording.

Before recording conversations, meetings, or calls, you must obtain any required consent from participants as required by the laws in your jurisdiction.

We are not responsible for unlawful recordings made by users.

Subscription and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription.

If applicable:

• Subscription fees will be displayed before purchase.
• Payments are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable app store.

Intellectual Property

The AI Note Taker application, website, branding, logos, software, graphics, and related materials are owned by Innovate AI and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Redistribute
• Sell
• License
• Reverse engineer
• Create derivative works

without our prior written permission.

Data Storage

We may store your recordings, notes, transcripts, and AI-generated content to provide:

• Cloud backup
• Device synchronization
• Web access
• Account recovery

You remain responsible for maintaining backups of important information.

Privacy

Your use of AI Note Taker is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may temporarily suspend access for:

• Maintenance
• Security updates
• Infrastructure upgrades
• Technical issues

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater, where permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovate AI, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Unauthorized or unlawful recordings made using the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your account is involved in fraud or abuse.
• We are required to do so by law.
• The Service is discontinued.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will become effective when published on our website or within the application.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Innovate AI is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
